It's hard to believe that it's been 20 years since our business was created. During that time I've had the privilege of coaching and training thousands of professionals. My primary goal has always been to help them take their personal and professional lives to an entirely new level. Being able to do so is what has given me the greatest amount of personal satisfaction and joy.

How does an Executive Coaching Program Work?

The way I coach you is specific to your needs. When you choose to work with me, we will start by identifying your priorities, areas of development and exploring your core values. Then through a series of conversations and e-mails, I will give you the tools, tips and strategies that will help you set realistic goals so you can take your life to a whole new level.

We help you determine what's now really important to you now and then help you map out a life and career strategy that will help you integrate your values into your life. Getting Started:

Step 1: Self-Evaluation Questionnaire:
Prior to our initial meeting, we will send you a self-evaluation questionnaire. The results of this questionnaire will be reviewed and a customized coaching program will be created to meet your requirements.

Step 2:
Schedule Coaching Sessions via Skype

Duration:
1.5 hour in length x 10 sessions

Format: Skype, telephone calls and email.
